Uninsured or underinsured? Our office provides an in-house membership plan that patients can utilize to keep their care accessible and budget-friendly. Our plan is $399/year for the first patient and $349/year for each additional family member who enrolls. Each membership covers the routine preventive care that everyone needs to maintain a healthy smile and includes a 30% discount on necessary restorative services.
